1.Soak Your Skin

• Take a warm bath or shower for 5–10 minutes.
• Avoid using any soap or shower gel, the glove works best on clean, softened skin using water only.

2.Exfoliate

• Wet the glove, wring it out, and exfoliate using firm, long strokes.
• Mild redness is normal.

3.Rinse and Moisturize

• Rinse your skin and the glove with water and soap.
• Follow with a Lambent body lotion or oil for a glowing finish.
